Treven L. Ayers
CFS, CFP®, Portfolio Manager
Treven L. Ayers joined the firm in 1999 as
an Investment Analyst and is currently one of our
Portfolio Managers. Prior to Rinehart Wealth
Management, Treven managed both individual
and institutional portfolios for
Professional Financial Services, Inc. in
Reston, VA. He brings over 18 years of
portfolio management experience to the table
for the firm and his clients.
Treven received his Bachelor of Arts and
Master of Arts degrees in Economics from the
University of South Carolina ('91 and '93). He holds the
Certified Fund Specialist (CFS) designation,
is a Certified Financial Planner™
Certificant, and is an active member in the
Charlotte Economics Club. Treven is a
volunteer soccer coach for Charlotte Soccer
Academy, coaches Odyssey of the Mind school
teams and also volunteers with various
charitable organizations around the area
such as Men 4 Change, Matthews Help Center,
National Kidney Foundation, 2nd Harvest Food
Bank and Ronald McDonald House.
Treven's wife Julie, is a partner at LB&A,
CPA in Matthews, NC and son Ryan, age 11 is
an avid soccer, lacrosse and football
player. They live in the Ballantyne/Blakeney
area of Charlotte.

Daniele M. Donahoe
CFA, Chief Investment Officer
Daniele Donahoe came to our firm in May 2010 from
Columbia Management Group, previously owned by
Bank of America, where as a Senior Portfolio
Manager she co-managed the Columbia Small Cap Growth
II fund. Prior to Columbia Management, Daniele served
as an Associate Analyst on an Institutional Investor
Magazine Ranked Equity Research Team following the
Enterprise Software Industry at Salomon Smith Barney
(Citigroup) in New York. She has also served as an
associate at Thomas Weisel Partners in San Francisco,
CA and J.C. Bradford in Nashville, TN.
Throughout her career, Daniele has focused on equity
research across a broad range of industries ranging
from multi-billion dollar corporations to small and
micro capitalization equities, and she has co-authored
industry publications such as B2B eCommerce: A Vertical
and Horizontal Perspective and E2E Commerce: How the
Internet Redefines Enterprise Software. Daniele is a
CFA charterholder and a graduate of the Kenan-Flagler
Business School at the University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill. She recently passed Level I of
the CAIA.

Mary C. Rinehart
CFP®,
Chief Executive Officer
A native of Charlotte, Mary started the firm
as First Personal Financial Services Inc. in
1985 and later changed the name to Rinehart
& Associates, now Rinehart Wealth
Management. She received her undergraduate
degree in European History from Sweet Briar
College in 1961 and took additional business
courses at Queens University in the 1970s.
She has been a Certified Financial Planner™
Certificant since 1988. She has served as
President of the local chapter of the
Institute of Certified Financial Planners (ICEP).
She is a Registered Advisor of the National
Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA).
Mary serves on the Board of the Madeira
School in McLean, Virginia and as Chair of
the Development Committee of the Dilworth
Center for Chemical Dependency. She is a
member of the Women’s Impact Fund, a special
program of Foundation for the Carolinas, and
is Chair of the Bishop’s Committee of All
Saints Episcopal Mission in Linville, North
Carolina. Mary is also a past President of
the Boards of Wing Haven and the Randolph
Center for Chemical Dependency, as well as a
past Treasurer of the Junior League of
Charlotte.

Elliott Van Ness
Senior
Research Associate
Elliott joined the firm as a Research Associate in March 2010
and is now a Senior Research Associate at
the firm.
In this role, he works directly with and
provides ongoing support to the entire
Investment Team. Elliott is a 2009 graduate of Davidson College where he
earned a Bachelor of Arts in French and a minor in Economics.
While at Davidson, Elliott served as Secretary of his fraternity,
Sigma Alpha Epsilon, and was a French tutor his senior year.
He also studied abroad in Paris and Tours, France and is fluent
in French. Elliott passed the June 2011
Level I CFA exam and is currently a Level II
CFA Candidate.
